Brazilian Island Open to Covid-19 recovered Only!!!

Paradise of Brazil and home to nearly 21 islands with islets and many volcanos considered as one of the most spectacular places in the world , Fernando de Noronha , Pernambuco is about to reopen !!But there is a catch!!!

According to the reports, Only tourists who have already had COVID–19 and recovered will be allowed onto this beautiful island from 1st September 2020

The only condition to be allowd to enter into the island chain is the PCR and the IgG antibodies test for virus to be conducted alteast 20 days before arrival.André Longo, the health secretary of the state of Pernambuco, said in a statement

"There hasn't been community transmission on the island for a long time. We have to keep it that way, obviously, this step is going to be done with an eye on safety and reactivating economic activity on the archipelago."

Brazil is amongst the hardest hit by the coronavirus pandemic, with over 120,000 known deaths and 3.8 million confirmed cases as of Saturday evening. However, new cases and deaths have begun to stabilize in recent weeks.
